I’ve moved to Medium… please come visit!

Hi friends! A massive and sincere *thank you* for supporting my writing here on WordPress. You may have noticed that it’s been a million miles since I’ve posted on here–there’s a couple reasons for that:

  1. I’ve committed almost all of my writing time to my book, Anxious with Jesus.

I'm into thinking, discussing, and reading about what it is to be human. Throwing Christianity into that mix is my favorite. As an English teacher, I get to have conversations about the former on the daily, which is a true joy. As a fan of the separation of church and state, however, I've been craving the latter. Being a volunteer leader with Young Life gives me the best of both worlds. This blog is an outlet for thoughts and dialogue on all things related. Its tongue-in-cheek namesake is inspired by an old student of mine who had a cringy penchant for overusing "things" and "stuff" on the daily. I never knew what he was talking about. I've had this name ready for years. Much love to you as a fellow human being. We all have far more in common than we realize.
